My schedule has been super crazy. I have been throwing in workouts here and there. My work schedule is crazy, but I am committed to make a video happen. It may not happen until the very end of the year or possibly the beginning of next year, but I promise it will happen. Please have patience with me through this crazy time. But I will make it worth the wait. In the in between time I am working on choreo, running, and doing videos. I plan to do the Rock n Roll marathon in November here is Savannah. Will post my workouts and keep you posted on my progress.

Out of Town
I will be out of town x2 this week. My daughter has a softball tournament on Wednesday and Thursday in Augusta, Georgia and then we come back home for one day and we are off the Atlanta for another tournament. It is going to be very challenging to get my workouts in. However, on down time I plan to do a lot of walking around the park. I will check in next week when I will be home for a whole 4 days.

Cardio Core
I have named my workout for Memorial Day Cardio Core. The devil was busy today and did not want me to do my workout, but I showed him. First, I was going to do Vertical Step Party 2 and my dvd player would not work. So then I decide I will get on the treadmill and I must have music to do that piece of equipment. Well, my headphones broke in the process. It was too hot to go outside, so I went in my room and got in the bed. I could have stayed there, but I said, "I will not be defeated!" I grab my remote and found on demand Exercise TV and did what I call a "Cardio Core" workout. If you want to get some good cardio and core work, put these 2 dvds together and you got it. I did the core workout of Jackie's dvd.

It's Hard
OK... It's been hard this week to try to get this in, but I'm committed to getting in 4 workouts this week. Since it is so late in the week, I feeling a double up day coming on. I will wake up early in the morning and do the cardio portion of LIC by Cathe Friedrich and my Upper Body section to Fit Party. I figure if I say it, I have to do it. That's how I roll....

Is 4 Workouts Enough?
Last week, I was able to get in 4 workouts with my busy schedule. So my test for the next couple of weeks is to find out whether 4 workouts will be enough to get in the best shape ever. I love cardio, but I know that you must have strength training in order to see the best results. So my challenge for this week is to incorporate more strength into my 4 workouts for the week. I will post my workouts daily and I'm also going to reveal my awesome culinary skills. (joke)

I'm Back for the Best Shape Ever Fitness Journey!
I am back blogging. I have been super busy with "Life." My days mostly consists of work and driving the kids to their destinations in the afternoon. Exercise, if it happens, is usually late at night because I hate getting up early in the morning. So I plan to get the in "Best Shape Ever" with my busy schedule. Can this be done being a full-time worker, wife, and mother? Come along and see. I will post my challenges, dietary research, best exercises, and mental status along this journey. If I am able to reach my goals, I will plan to film my 10th video, "Kick Party" later this year. I want to be in the "Best Shape Ever" when I film this video. Join me on this journey......
