Last week, I was able to get in 4 workouts with my busy schedule. So my test for the next couple of weeks is to find out whether 4 workouts will be enough to get in the best shape ever. I love cardio, but I know that you must have strength training in order to see the best results. So my challenge for this week is to incorporate more strength into my 4 workouts for the week. I will post my workouts daily and I'm also going to reveal my awesome culinary skills. (joke)
