Week 2- Optimum Health

It is o.k. if you didn't do everything from Week 1 just come along with us to Week 2.

Week 2 to Optimum Health

Exercise-- Daily walk 15 minutes

Diet-- Fish once this week
Broccoli twice this week
Eat only whole grains-- rice, breads, and cereals

Mental/Spiritual-- Continue 5 minutes of meditation
Add 1 minute of midday meditation
Visit and enjoy a park or favorite place in nature

Supplement-- Beta-carotene 25,000 IU with breakfast
