Week 7 Optimum Health

Hello everyone,

Week 7

Diet-- Continue eating as before: two meals of fish, two meals of soy protein, generous servings of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, ginger, and garlic,, and cook greens.

Exercise-- Walk 40 minutes 5x week

Mental/Spiritual---

Make time for flowers, music, and art
Continue daily meditation
Reach out to resume connection with someone from whom you are estranged.
